It's been a long time since I've had a blog. So long since I've sat down and allowed all of my thoughts and feelings to escape through my fingertips.
Lately I've been noticing how much I love fall. It's been a long time since I've had a real fall- There was not much of a fall in Texas. I love feeling the wind blow and watching the leaves twirl and spin as they make their reckless plunge to the earth. I love looking up and seeing the trees full of reds, yellows and oranges. I love sweater weather, for it brings apple cider, fresh crunchy apples, and cinnamon sugar donuts with fresh coffee. It's the time for jackets, scarves, and boots. It's the kind of weather that you can practically taste, breathing in the refreshing air as soon as you step outside. Soon you will see kids jumping in the leaves, scattering them just as quickly as Moms and Dads can rake them up.
Well I suppose this is the beginning... writing is a big part of my life and lately I have been neglecting it- I would like to write more often- so hopefully now I will... Just thoughts, musings of my wandering mind...
